From the advice of my better half, I have decided to start writing about all the little jollies I’ve been lucky enough to go on over the last year or so (because my memory is utter shit), it also breaks up me spouting off about whisky in this blog all the time.
So, to get this ball rolling I will be telling you all about my trip to Chartreuse, for anyone that knows me, this won’t be a huge shock (I’m a little bit of a fan) I’m already expecting lots of sarcastic comments from those that do.
In "The Chartreuse Memoirs" (yea I’m using the word memoir), I will start the day before the flight, Josh Linfitt was involved so I’m sure you can guess how that went. Thought the account you can expect to read about, My first experience of Foie Gras (yes I had to google the spelling), some sexy old wood, an unlucky cow, some beautiful views and a variable shit ton of Chartreuse. I should have it up by next week so keep your eyes peeled!

I’m sure there is more that I’ve already forgotten about, but don’t despair! I’ve got notes all over the shop to help jog my memory.
